I don't have loads of time, or much kitchen space, to make many fancy things but occasionally there's an 'occasion' to. Like donating deserts to fundraisers. Or feeding my students when they got good exam scores. We are a food-driven species, ya know.

She turned out a little lumpy because my layer of buttercream was too thin under the *marshmallow fondant* frosting. Made this for an "adult" party a friend was going to have. Chocolate cake with raspberry jam layer. She was delish!
